After having our farm on the market for four years on and off and using two previous agents and some 40k in advertising we were rather frustrated with the results. We were recommended an agent who was running a new division of Colliers International lifestyle properties her name was Kim McQueen. I contacted Kim and explained our situation and organised a visit to our farm which was 3.5 hours north of Melbourne. Kim was a breath of fresh air,listened to our requests and we listed the property with her and worked out a six week ad program in the the correct places to advertise to attract the correct buyer. Kim was not happy with the previous photos that had been taken, so the following Sunday she was back to the farm to work with the photographer, not leaving his side for 4 hours instructing him for the best shots, this did not happen with the previous agents. The new shots were so superior and the campaign began, with immediate interest from several parties. Kim's communication was first class keeping us informed at all times and we had two inspections and the property was sold after some negotiating. We achieved the result that we were looking for in just six weeks, that others could not do in four years. We would certainly use Kim again as she would be one of the best agents we have ever used for selling a property, and her eye for detail is second to none.
